How do I scan a form?
Tap the camera button on the home screen, point your camera at the form, and tap capture. FormSnap will extract the fields automatically.
How do I export contacts to a spreadsheet?
From the review screen, tap the export button and choose your format (CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets). A Premium subscription is required for Google Sheets export.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel FormSnap Premium.
My data isn't syncing – what should I do?
Make sure you have an active internet connection and are logged into your account. Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us at support@cangurudigital.com.
